Chinese New Year

Today is the first day of the Chinese New Year 2009, which is the year of the Ox. Celebrate with us as we look at ingredients from the different regions of China and preparation and cooking techniques used.


We will be creating some of the classic favourites we enjoy in our favourite restaurants as well as some new dishes to make up our celebration buffet!
