Your day at the Spinney School of Fine Food begins at 10.00am with refreshments and homemade cakes or biscuits. The hands-on class of your choice will commence at 10.30 followed by mid-morning aperitifs and appetizers. Concluding with a three-course lunch served in the working kitchen or weather permitting on the terrace.

Lunch will usually consist of the demonstrated dishes or those prepared by the students and will always be accompanied by fine wine and homemade bread.

At the Spinney only the finest seasonal ingredients are used, locally sourced wherever possible including organic produce from the kitchen garden.
