The Principal of the Spinney School of Fine Food, Ali Stevenson, has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
She has over twenty years of commitment and passion for food and teaching - from working with renowned celebrity chefs, to appearing on television as a finalist in MasterChef and in the series Chefs at Sea with Ed Baines, where she cooked for Albert Roux!

At the Spinney we welcome students of all abilities from the total novice to the accomplished cook. The school prides itself in creating a relaxed environment for you to enjoy, whilst making each class fun and informative.
Our classes are truly unique as we ask each student if there are any dishes that they would like to be covered on their chosen day and we incorporate them in to the menu.
Cooking with an Aga is one of Ali's specialities, having been crowned 'Aga Cook of the Year'. Bespoke Aga Courses can be arranged upon request.
Ali has had over a years' experience working with Sat Bains in his 2 Michelin star kitchen, refining culinary skills to apply to her teachings at her school.
