Have you ever been undecided about what to order from a menu as so much appeals to you? Could you happily eat a small portion of at least three starters, and then two of the main courses sound delicious, and then there are those decadent desserts tempting your tastebuds. Is that why the Spanish invented Tapas? At the heart of Spanish tradition the daily ritual of eating Tapas accompanied by a chilled glass of sherry is enjoyed with typical Mediterranean passion! Served both at lunchtime when shade from the scorching sun is sought or as the day begins to cool. There will be an exciting, eclectic mix of tapas to tempt you. Fabulous flavours, clashing colours, hot and cold magnificent morsels impossible to resist.
Imagine humble marinated olives, salty almonds, bruschetta bursting with tantalising toppings. Think of fish and seafood, light meaty morsels, vibrant vegetables, piquant salads, salsas and divine dips. Even though traditionally Tapas do not include desserts, we will create some miniature masterpieces of the sweet variety.
