Italian Inspiration

As our thoughts maybe turn to holidays... maybe closer to home, the English Riviera, or further afield to the sun-drenched Mediterranean or simply lazing away the days at home. Our theme for July is for all things Italian. With its vibrant cities, lush countryside and clear blue sky and sea, the food of Italy is reflected in the ever-changing landscape. Orchards of lemon, luscious olive groves, row upon row of grape vines standing to attention like a regiment of soldiers. The produce is so fresh and colourful, the food full of life. Italians are so passionate about their food that the hustle and bustle of the day stops for the midday meal. There will be laughter and raised argumentative voices and many simple courses hungrily devoured.

Join us for a ‘hands on’ day creating an Italian Extravaganza. From tempting plates of Antipasti, perfect pasta with vibrant fresh sauces, beautiful bread, sensational salads to decadent desserts. Come and share our passion for all things Italian.
