Welcome to The Spinney School of Fine Food. Set in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside, close to the historic market town of Southwell.

Created by Ali Stevenson, founder of the school to share her passion and enthusiasm for fine food with like-minded people. At the Spinney we believe that cooking should be fun and relaxing and invite you to join us on a culinary journey to experience fresh ideas, exciting new flavours and to learn new techniques.

An extensive and eclectic mix of courses are featured at the school. Bespoke days can be arranged for groups of six people and one to one tuition can also be arranged.
